Sixty milestones to work towards, and a progress bar on every one you haven't earned yet.
01
Achievements track what you're already doing rather than asking anything extra of you.
02
Locked achievements aren't hidden — each shows its target and exactly how close you are, down to the card: 458 of 500.
03
They're grouped by the kind of collecting they reward, Collector and Curator among them, with a running total of how many of the sixty you've earned.
The counts escalate — first card, ten, fifty, a hundred, two fifty, five hundred, a thousand — so there's always a next one rather than a wall you hit and stop at.
You can see every achievement you haven't earned, what it needs and how far along you are. Knowing you're forty-two cards short of five hundred is the part that actually pulls you back.
Nothing is awarded for opening the app. Achievements come from what you actually own, which is why the progress bars mean something.
